特种干变正在从中国侨鑫园快速走向未来
我于上个世纪的80年代中期与原上海无线电二十七厂的、早年曾在前苏联留学过的几位电子学专家一道加入了中国电子学会。正因为如此,在过往的几十年实践中对多种电子产品在不同背景下开发前景的预判越来越精准、剖析越来越到位。
我一辈子大胆实践、改革创新,面临难题、深思熟虑,终于在65岁以后发现了关于电位与间距方面的基础计算程式,并由此又推导出了24道程序计算程式。随后经过十多年上千例的验证,这一整套首创计算程式完全正确。正因为如此,无论变压器复杂到什么程度,给任何一台变压器做设计,至多花4个小时即可完稿。在变压器制作成功以后我还用实测数据去考量指标以及修饰工艺流程的所有细节。
我一方面在应急军品的主体设计层面上、在对其中最关键的技术参数的最佳定值方面探索出最终结果;另一方面在与各种类型和任何等级的电子对抗设备相配套的紧凑型干式构造变压器方面完成了浩繁的设计,特别是其中的48款精准版示范级设计文稿、24款精致版储备级设计文稿、12款终极版珍藏级设计文稿升级得还算是令我满意。另外,我还反复验证、不断完善了36种专为在设计过程中随时供查考用的、关于材料材质信息汇总以及设计经典数据汇编方面的综合信息直查表。
组装任何一种现代化的电子对抗系统,都绕不开高压脉冲变压器专业技术、高压开关电源专业技术、固态高压脉冲调控专业技术、脉冲功率压缩专业技术、计算机程序控制专业技术、超级远程遥控专业技术等等。这其中必定要数给整个系统提供能量的全套变压器专业技术最为关键,特别是那些从庞大型油浸式升级到紧凑型干式构造变压器、尤其是那些通过直接计算而不是通过间接推算从而设计出来的超高电压等级和超强功率等级的脉冲变压器无疑是整个系统中最为致命的关键所在。
最近我一直在关注并担忧:如今我国已经做成的电子对抗系统功能还未能超越俄罗斯和美国,如果一旦遇到敌方用更为强大的电子对抗系统来对付我们的话,我们该怎么办呢?因此,我决定在完成祖国统一大业以后才把首创计算法公布于世。
变压器这玩艺,看起来挺简单,如想要把它做可靠,可就不是那么容易的事情啰!时至今日,所有紧凑型干式构造变压器设计,在我这儿根本不受任何电压等级和任何功率等级的限制,因我拥有首创计算法。终生不变的执着性格、坚定不移的逆向思维、万人之下的窘迫处境,三者缺一不可的因素激励我一步步地走向既钻研就钻到极致这一终极目标。从今年开始,我将复审曾经设计过的所有变压器文稿。
纵观全球,为适应社会高速发展的需要,微软已经从美国西雅图走向世界,特种干变正在从中国侨鑫园快速走向未来。万物就是如此神奇,道理就是这么简单。

Special dry-type transformers are rapidly moving from Qiaoxinyuan of China to the future
In the mid-1980s, I joined the Chinese Electronics Association with several electronics experts from the former Shanghai Radio 27 Factory who had studied in the former Soviet Union. Because of this, in the past decades of practice, my prediction of the development prospects of a variety of electronic products under different backgrounds has become more and more accurate and my analysis has become more and more correct.
I have been practicing boldly, reforming and innovating, and thinking carefully when facing problems. Finally, after the age of 65, I found the basic calculation formulas about potential and spacing, and thus deduced the 24 programable calculation formulas. After more than ten years and thousands of cases, it is proved that this set of calculation formulas is completely correct. Because of this, no matter how complex the transformer is, it can take up to 4 hours to complete the design.After the successful manufacture of the transformer, I also used the measured data to consider the indicators and modify all the details of the technological process.
On the one hand, I explored the determination of key technical parameters in the design of emergency military products; On the other hand, I completed the complex design of compact dry-type transformer for various types and grades of electronic countermeasures equipment. In particular, I am very satisfied with 48 precise demonstration design documents, 24 exquisite reserve design documents and 12 ultimate collection design documents. In addition, I have repeatedly verified and improved 36 kinds of material information summary table and classical data information table for design reference.
Any modern electronic countermeasure system cannot be separated from high-voltage pulse transformer technology, high-voltage switching power supply technology, solid-state high-voltage pulse regulation technology, pulse power compression technology, computer program control technology, super remote-control technology and so on. Among them, the transformer that provides energy for the whole system is the most critical, especially those pulse transformers that are upgraded from bulky oil-immersed to compact dry-type transformers, especially those ultra-high voltage and ultra-high power levels designed by direct calculation instead of indirect calculation are undoubtedly the whole system.
Recently, I have been concerned and worried that China's electronic countermeasure system has not yet surpassed Russia and the United States. Once the enemy uses a more powerful electronic countermeasure system to deal with us, what should we do? Therefore, I decided to publish my original calculation method after the reunification of the motherland.
The design of the transformer looks simply, and it is difficult to be reliable. Up to now, with my original calculation method, I can complete the design of compact dry-type structural transformer of any voltage level and any power level bythis pioneering calculation method. Lifelong persistent character, adhere to reverse thinking and not afraid of setbacks of the spirit, three factors are indispensable. These constantly inspire me to pursue the ultimate research. Starting this year, I will review all transformers that have been designed.
Throughout the world, in order to meet the needs of the rapid development of society, Microsoft has gone from Seattle, USA to the world, and the special dry-type transformers are rapidly going to the future from Qiaoxinyuan, China. That's how amazing everything is, that's how simple it is.
