今年4月份本公司为某军工单位设计定制了一款与连续脉冲高压电源相配套的干式脉冲变压器：

重复频率F=100Hz  脉冲持续时间td=0.5μS  6KVx500A/300KVx10A=3MW

紧凑型干式构造中频超高压窄脉冲变压器  接阻容兼性负载  处于无歇/连续/长期工作状态  带风扇作强迫风冷

本公司按照客户所提供的技术要求进行设计并定制出了这款变压器。变压器装机试用后发现在满载状态下次级输出电压的降幅偏大了不少。在得知了试用效果方面的信息以后，本公司立即作出了回应：“请将你们对脉冲上升时间tr、脉冲持续时间td、脉冲下降时间tf、脉冲恢复时间tb以及重复频率F这五个时间概念所给出的定值依据详细告诉我们，以便于我们帮助你们从中切实排查出出现这种问题的根源所在。”在收到邮件以后我们随即逐条进行推算最终发现了他们原定的脉冲持续时间td=0.5μS实在偏小了不少，于是我们直接告知他们将此值由td=0.5μS提升到0.71μS时才可以算得上是比较恰当。随后我们跟踪设计并重新定制出了该款的修正版变压器供他们继续做试验。不久我们就收到了他们的正式回应：“问题已被彻底解决，试验效果非常理想。”

现将两次设计定制的变压器基本信息列表作出如下说明：

其实，本公司对客户所提出的最关键的技术参数惯来都会主动给出修正意见从而得到最佳参数定值、最终形成最佳设计方案。不过，对于军工单位的设计定制，由于信息保密，我们自然不便于追问得过早、追问得过细。顺此说明。

另外，本公司在发货的同时历来都会主动向客户提交变压器的绕制数据以及变压器出厂前所做的测试结果等原始依据供参照和存档。

We designed and customized this transformer according to the technical requirements provided by the customer. After the transformer was installed and tested, it was found that the secondary output voltage dropped considerably under full load. After learning the test results, our company immediately responded: "Please write down the five time points of pulse rise time tr, pulse duration td, pulse fall time tf, pulse recovery time tb and repetition frequency F. The valuation basis given by the concept will be told to us in detail, so that we can help you to find out the root cause of this problem." After receiving the email, we calculated them one by one and finally realized that their original pulse duration td=0.5μS was indeed too small, so we directly told them that it would be more appropriate to increase this value from td=0.5μS to 0.71μS. Then, we followed up the design and re-customized the modified version of the transformer for them to continue their experiments. Soon, we received an official reply from them: "The problem has been completely solved and the experimental results are very satisfactory".
