你们好!
为了开启长期友好合作的局面,我理应首先向您作点自我简介。
自1963年以来,我一直在充分利用课外业余时间以及利用随后出现的文革空窗期、巧妙地借用扬州古旧书店、系统地钻研哲学和政治经济学方面的理论了。在这漫长的岁月里,我经常碰到在文革期间已经多年停课的很多位大学文科教授来古旧书店买书,我便乘机邀请他们到古旧书店的大门外面进行长时间信息交流以及搞些辩论,我这个中学生因此而迅速地引起了他们对我的高度关注。他们曾多次主动地掏钱出来为我买下了一批又一批我急需的书籍,以便我一次次地把书背回家安静地细细阅读。后来他们还特别建议我这个颇有志气的穷小子去报考北京大学的哲学系。当时我曾大胆地向这些教授表明了早已被我定型了的这么一种观点:既然量变经历一定过程以后必然会进入质变状态,那么自古以来所形成的作战基本模式这一社会现象自然也不会例外,我判断很有可能会从下个世纪的中期到来之后将逐步发生改变。可万万没有料想到的是,在1968年年底我在突然之间被插队到了苏北里下河农村,从此我对社会科学方面的研究就再也无法进行下去了,随后我便迅速撤换为搞自然科学方面的研究,那迎来的倒是一番顺风顺水。起初我创办了公社大集体企业,开始大搞农村有线广播,后来我又创办了市直属大型企业,开始大搞广播发射机和电视发射机。直到后来就连设在浙江千岛湖畔的、向全世界转播的广电部721广播发射台以及中央电视台的发射机房都留下了我的身影和足迹……
我这辈子始终坚持沿着既钻研就钻到极致这一终极目标一路走下去,一口气坚持了40多年的专题研究。真是功夫不负有心人,在2010年07月10日、在中国南方、在炎热夏季、在凌晨时分、在平躺状态、在瞬息之间、在脑海之中突然浮现出了电位与间距方面的基础计算程式;紧接着我又用了近10年时间继续推导出了24道程序计算程式。从此,在我这儿对任何一处的高压绝缘处理都可以通过直接计算来解决了。按传统办法用间接推算来解决的话,相比而言,既浪费器材、又浪费时间和空间,更何况根本就谈不上紧凑型、干式构造以及符合环保、免维护等更高档次的要求了。迄今已长达 55 年之久的专题研究即将要给社会带来可观的效益了。
组装任何一种类型的现代化电子对抗设备,无疑都要牵涉到既是关键又是核心的专业技术问题。很显然,这其中肯定要数给整套设备提供能量的变压器这方面的专业技术最为关键、最为致命。由于我早就知道了干式超高压变压器这个玩艺很难被驾驭,所以我这才心甘情愿地投入了毕生的精力,数十年如一日地始终保持待命状态,随时随地准备迎战天大难题,在特种干变领域为全人类提供最满意的服务。
从事现代化电子对抗设备配套用的特种干变方面的专题设计,在我这儿根本不受任何电压等级和任何功率等级的限制,设计不但精美绝伦、而且特别快捷。面对天大难题,唯我绝不回避!可以说当今全世界还没有第二个人敢于如此口出狂言。
在我的首创计算法正式对外公布之前、在我为现代化电子对抗设备配套脉冲高压干变方面完成精准版和精致版以及终极版计84款设计文稿之后,那我就理直气壮、直言不讳地向世人表白:我愿意支持谁,谁就能顶天立地,在竞争中很快就会成为大赢家;我不愿支持谁,谁就会走投无路,在国际竞争中很快就会败下阵来。
长期以来,全国有很多科研单位和电子行业都在大搞电子对抗设备工程,但进展大都相当缓慢。我始终觉得他们在用人方面从来就不听我的劝告:尽管专业,但不专一,形同虚设,应不予重用;看似精深,实不精通,无济于事,应立马调整。
如今国外已有不少人知道我这个老头儿在与电子对抗设备相配套的超高电压等级和超强功率等级的特种干变设计方面居然走到了登峰造极的地步。也正因为如此,已有很多方面的负责人再三提醒我,劝我连出门散步的举动最好免掉。我除了面临安全方面的问题而外,迫在眉睫的还有年龄方面的问题,好者身体一直很好。
所有精神方面的应急准备和物质方面的应急准备,咱们鼎秀特变公司已全部做到位了。接下来,我们将配合国家有关部门组建电子对抗设备特种电源生产基地。
自2011年04月份以来我就一直忙于给国家高科技单位一个接着一个的升级换代项目配置高难度、高精度、高可靠的特种变压器,例如:给航天点火设备配置的高频高压变压器要求将工作频率由原来一直沿用的50KHz一下子提升到100KHz,而且还要求将原有的通风散热条件给取消后变压器依然能够保持最佳待命状态;给中子引爆设备配置的高频高压变压器要求将整流后的直流电压由原来一直沿用的60KV一下子提升到160KV,而且还要求将工作频率由原来一直沿用的20KHz一下子提升到50KHz;给舰油除尘设备配置的高频高压变压器要求将整流后的直流 电压由原来一直沿用的72KV一下子提升到100KV、直流电流由原来一直沿用的1.2A一下子提升到3.6A,而且还要求将变压器的基本构造由传统的油浸式统统升级为紧凑型干式构造;给激光武器设备配置的高频高压变压器要求将原来一直沿用的由单相电源经整流后给变换器供电的模式一下子提升为由三相电源经整流后给变换器供电的模式,而且还要求在变压器的初级绕组与调频调压自控电路串联以后始终能够保持最佳谐振状态……考虑到篇幅问题,这里我就不再继续说下去啰!至于我们所参与的很多项属于绝密等级的军事工程项目,自然一字都不可以提及喔!
高压电子束在焊接、熔炼、钻孔、镀膜、硬化处理等很多场合都显示了它独特的优势,特别是在加装了数控装置以后更加显得风靡云涌、一发不可收拾,在现代化的生产车间和施工场地随处可见。不过,要把它们完全普及开来的话,至少还得有个10年以上的时间才行。可以先为这类设备单独生产其中的电源装置这部分,至于给这类电源装置用作配套的紧凑型干式构造变压器,本公司可保证长期供货。
顺便再谈几件往事给您听一下吧:
上海有一家大公司生产了10多种型号的电子枪产品销往世界30多个国家。我们公司长期为他们跟踪研制电子枪配套的变压器,有干式构造高频高压变压器,也有干式构造脉冲高压变压器。迄今为止,8年时间过去了,订货量逐年攀升,至今上万台变压器没有一台坏过。在咱们双方开始合作之前,这家公司因没有配套上优质的变压器而白白走了3年的弯路。由于该公司的总工程师和项目工程师经常向我感叹这件往事,所以我在为他们作跟踪设计时就更加不敢有一丝一毫的疏忽大意。
陕西有一家航天科技公司的技术部长要我们公司为该公司升级改造一款等离子点火器配用的紧凑型干式构造高频高压变压器,在我们将合同传过去以后,该公司的财务部以不能破例为由从而拒绝向我公司预付变压器全额货款,这下子可让技术部长左右为难了。该公司的领导说,如果一定要破例也可以,那就要技术部长本人立下字据,上面必须写明:如果判定变压器不合格,则用被扣发的3个月工资来抵冲变压器货款。试验很快成功了,在过了老化期以后,这位领导主动去财务部取出了技术部长立下的字据,并指定补发3个月工资,后来他还在会上向大家坦白了这件事情。事隔大半年以后,这位技术部长才特意打电话过来深情地向我叙述了自己亲身经历过的这段往事。听到了这个故事以后,我不由得浮想联翩、感慨万千。
上海有一家私营科技公司,由于他们低估了干式构造超高压脉冲变压器的制作难度,因而几次在通话中向我讨价还价。无奈之下,我回绝了对方:“你们与一位
特别神奇的老人已经擦肩而过啦!我真地为你们感到万分可惜!”可是没想到上海
人的肚量真大,老总和总工竟然又三番五次地打电话过来,连续打招呼,最终把这个僵局又给挽救了过来。后来该公司的总工来电时高兴地对我说:“在一次大型聚
会上,有6家大公司的总工一致称赞您在特种变压器方面的技术水平举世无双。”
中国舰船研究设计中心电磁兼容性国防科技重点实验室的总设计师要求我设计并报价一款输出2MV干式构造脉冲变压器供他们汇编可行性方案。因我知道这类单位对外历来都是非常神秘的,故我也就没有再去追问该款变压器到底是不是被运用在与深水下电子对抗设备相配套这些信息的细节了。说实在的,我在江苏老家期间,设在扬州的中船集团723研究所的许多款高难度、高精度、高可靠的干式构造特种变压器都是我帮助该所设计定做的。每期攻关项目完成以后该所的一把手都会专门安排时间出来礼节性地接见我。不过每次范所长邀我会谈,都会有2个军人背枪迎送以及长时间守卫在所长办公室门外。对此,我非常不习惯、实在受不了。
变压器这玩艺,看起来挺简单,如想要把它做可靠,可就不是那么容易的事情啰!江苏有一家大公司专门为纺织厂定做电除尘器,买了1200台廉价的高频高压变压器装上整机,结果迎来了无穷无尽的烦恼和纠纷;山东有一家大公司专门为火力发电厂定做电除尘器,用自产的变压器,结果销出去的机器统统退了回来,500
人的厂子轰然倒下。广东有一家环保设备公司生产臭氧发生器,总工程师在电话中对我说:“一提到变压器这3个字我的头立马就疼起来了。”至今我都能够回忆得起当时他说这句话时所带的那种语气。不再说啦,类似的例子我可以举出上百个噢!
从学会的第一任理事长邵介竞先生和第一任秘书长徐棱先生起,每届的领导都对我特别欣赏和关注,他们总是想方设法尽量争取与我见面的机会。后面的几届领导与我见面时,总不外乎追问:既然在电磁学领域有了重大突破,那为什么不尽快公布整套首创理论呃?既然《实用电子工程配套特种变压器设计精选500例》这套全集的书名早就由学会定好了,那为什么迟迟不予出版发行呃?当然他们还带有很多次要的意图,例如,他们想彻底了解我对多种电子产品在不同背景下开发前景的预判为什么总是精准、剖析为什么相当到位等等。那好吧,今天我就随便举个这方面的例子给您听一下:2007年的前后,咱们国内的电除尘器、空气净化器等环保产品的推广热潮正如日中天,可我偏偏就在此后的每年均在广交会展览馆举行的世界环保展会上向前来参展的环保设备供应商中国代表(中国电子学会每年也派代表来参与洽谈)直言不讳地表明我的个人观点:“采用廉价变压器,迟早都会出问题!”“好景不会长,赶紧换戏唱!”……可是,想不到的是我的这些肺腑之言竟然没有一个人能听进去。在连续4年的世界环保展会上我总计收集到了200多套由全国各地环保设备供应商提供的产品简介资料,互换的名片至少有300张。到了2010年以后,万万想不到的事情发生了:环保设备供应商竟然派出一批又一批的人员来广州向我倾诉各自面临的现状,其中有很多家公司的老总亲自登门邀请我去他们那里帮助解困;来人当中另外还有很多是刚刚离职的工程师,他们想与我探讨一下能否合伙重开新公司等等。我诚恳地告诉每一位来人:一旦环保产品的定价受到了统销模式的多重制约、导致廉价低档的变压器装上了整机,产供销环节、包括售后服务立马就会出现难以解困的严重后果。更何况那些私营工矿的业主根本就不可能把附加性质的环保设备的投入与必备性质的生产设备的投入做到完全一视同仁。可不,原本一年一度的环保展就再也不见踪影了。不过,我坚信:越过一段相当长的时期以后,人们总会自然上升理念、重新对待环保、重现电子环保产品。当然,那也不至于像当年在展会上看到的、由英国送展的、标价达人民币300万元的臭氧发生器那么贵,因为那样的定价不但不符合电子发展的行情、也不符合咱们中国的国情……
我在2022年07月06日的文章中已向世人表示:我决定在完成祖国统一大业以后及时把首创计算法公布于世。自2022年07月25日起,只需将“特种干变”、 “鼎秀变压器”、“翟道昆”、“翟道昆电子对抗”、“中国侨鑫园”等关键词中的任意一组输到网上后,中文和英文两种文字版本、汉语和英语两种语音朗读即刻呈现。
我是中国电子学会早期会员,发证编号:0635。虽然上了年纪,但记忆力、判断力均未明显下降。终生不变的执着性格、坚定不移的逆向思维、万人之下的窘迫处境,三者缺一不可的因素激励我一步步地走向既钻研就钻到极致这一终极目标。
纵观全球,为了响应社会高速发展的需要,微软已从美国西雅图走向了世界,而干变正在从中国侨鑫园快速走向未来。万物就是如此神奇,道理就是这么简单。

Greetings,
In the pursuit of establishing a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership, I find it necessary to provide an introduction of myself. Since 1963, I have diligently utilized my free time outside of formal education and during the tumultuous period of the Great Cultural Revolution to engage in systematic study of philosophical and political economic theories, often leveraging resources from the Yangzhou antique bookstore. Throughout this extensive period, I frequently encountered esteemed humanities professors who had temporarily ceased their teaching activities during the Great Cultural Revolution, and engaged in extensive discussions and debates with them outside the confines of the antique bookstore. As a secondary school student, I garnered significant attention from these scholars, who generously provided me with essential books and encouraged me to pursue studies in the Philosophy Department at Peking University. During these interactions, I expressed a firmly held belief that quantitative changes inevitably lead to qualitative transformations after a certain process, a principle that I believed would also apply to the fundamental modes of warfare throughout history. I posited that such a shift was likely to occur gradually from the mid-20th century. Unexpectedly, in late 1968, I was abruptly assigned to participate in the "down to the countryside movement" in the rural areas of Lixiahe in northern Jiangsu, which led to a shift from social sciences to natural science research. Subsequently, I established a collective enterprise within a commune and initiated the expansion of rural cable broadcasting. This endeavor evolved into the establishment of a prominent enterprise directly under the city, specializing in the production of broadcasting and television transmitters. My involvement extended to the establishment of the 721 Broadcasting Transmission Station of the Ministry of Radio and Television, situated by the Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang Province, and the transmission room of CCTV, marking significant contributions to the field.
Throughout my lifetime, I have consistently pursued the overarching objective of conducting thorough and exhaustive research. For over 40 years, I have been dedicated to specialized research. The fruition of this dedication became apparent on July 10, 2010, when, in the early hours of a sweltering summer day in southern China, I conceived a fundamental calculation equation for electric potential and spacing while lying prostrate. Subsequently, I devoted nearly a decade to deriving 24 program calculation equations. This breakthrough enabled me to directly calculate the high-voltage insulation treatment of any location, thereby offering a more efficient solution compared to the traditional indirect calculation method. This approach not only minimizes material, time, and space wastage but also aligns with the elevated standards of compactness, dry-type structure, environmental sustainability, and maintenance-free operation. The specialized research endeavors spanning 55 years are poised to yield substantial societal benefits.
The assembly of contemporary electronic countermeasure equipment entails critical and fundamental technical challenges. Notably, the professional expertise in the domain of transformers, which supply power to the entire equipment, assumes paramount importance. It is evident that among these challenges, the professional technology related to dry-type ultra-high voltage transformers is particularly intricate. Recognizing the inherent difficulty in controlling these transformers, I have willingly dedicated my life's energy and remained prepared for decades to confront significant challenges, with the aim of providing the most satisfactory service to humanity in the realm of specialized dry-type transformers.
The specialized design of dry type transformers utilized in contemporary electronic warfare equipment is not constrained by specific voltage or power levels. The design is characterized by its intricacy and rapidity. In the midst of formidable challenges, I am resolute in confronting them. It can be asserted that there is currently no other individual who dares to express such audacious claims.
Having completed a total of 84 design documents for pulse high-voltage dry type transformers for modern electronic countermeasures equipment, encompassing precision, intricate, and ultimate versions, I can confidently and forthrightly declare to the global community that those whom I choose to support will emerge victorious in competition before my innovative calculation method is publicly disclosed. Conversely, those whom I opt not to support will inevitably face defeat in international competition.
For an extended period, numerous research institutions and the electronics industry in China have been engaged in extensive engineering efforts for electronic countermeasure equipment, but progress has been notably sluggish. I have consistently observed a lack of receptiveness to my recommendations regarding talent selection, as the professionals chosen are often lacking in specificity and meaningful contributions, and therefore should not be reutilized. Their purported depth of knowledge is not matched by proficiency, rendering their contributions ineffective and necessitating immediate adjustment.
Presently, many individuals abroad are aware that, as a seasoned professional, I have achieved the apex in the design of specialized dry-type transformers with ultra-high voltage and ultra-power levels, which are compatible with electronic countermeasure equipment. Consequently, numerous authorities have repeatedly cautioned me against venturing outdoors, citing safety concerns and my advancing age. Fortunately, my health has remained robust despite these challenges.
Dingxiu Special Transformer Co., Ltd. has fulfilled all necessary mental and material preparations for emergencies
Since April 2011, I have been engaged in the configuration of specialized transformers with high difficulty, precision, and reliability for various upgrade and replacement projects for national high-tech units. For instance, the high-frequency, high-voltage transformers designed for aerospace ignition equipment necessitate a sudden increase in operating frequency from the previously utilized 50kHz to 100kHz. Additionally, it is imperative to ensure that the transformer can maintain its optimal standby state even after the original ventilation and heat dissipation conditions are eliminated. Similarly, the high-frequency and high-voltage transformer configured for neutron detonation equipment requires a sudden increase in the rectified DC voltage from the previously used 60kV to 160kV, along with a rise in the operating frequency from the previously used 20kHz to 50kHz. Furthermore, the high-frequency and high-voltage transformer designed for warships’ oil dust removal equipment entails a sudden increase in rectified DC voltage from the previously used 72kV to 100kV, and a sudden increase in DC current from the previously used 1.2A to 3.6A. Moreover, the basic structure of the transformer needs to be upgraded from traditional oil immersed to a compact dry type structure. The high-frequency and high-voltage transformer configuration for laser weapon equipment necessitates an upgrade from the previously used mode of supplying power to the converter after rectification by the single-phase power supply to the mode of supplying power to the converter after rectification by the three-phase power supply. It also requires that the optimal resonance state be maintained after the primary winding of the transformer is connected in series with the frequency and voltage regulation self-control circuit. Due to space constraints, further elaboration is not provided in this article. Additionally, due to the classified nature of many of the military engineering projects we are involved in, which are of top-secret level, no details can be disclosed.
High voltage electron beams have demonstrated their unique advantages in various applications such as welding, melting, drilling, coating, and hardening treatment. Their popularity has increased, particularly after the installation of CNC devices, and they are now ubiquitous in modern production workshops and construction sites. However, it is estimated that it will take at least another 10 years or more to fully popularize them. Initially, the power supply unit can be produced separately for this type of equipment. As for utilizing this type of power supply unit as a supporting compact dry type structure transformer, our company can ensure long-term supply.
Moreover, I would like to share additional information.
A prominent company based in Shanghai has developed and distributed over 10 varieties of electron gun products to more than 30 countries worldwide. Our company has been dedicated to the advancement and production of transformers for their electron gun, specifically dry type structure high-frequency high-voltage transformers and dry type structure pulse high-voltage transformers. Over the past eight years, the demand for these transformers has consistently increased, with no reported instances of malfunction among the tens of thousands of units supplied. Prior to our collaboration, the company encountered a three-year setback due to the absence of high-quality transformers. Consequently, the chief engineer and project engineer frequently express their regret to me, compelling me to exercise utmost diligence in designing tracking systems for them.
Additionally, the technology minister of an aerospace science and technology company in Shaanxi sought our company's assistance in enhancing a compact dry type structure high-frequency high-voltage transformer equipped with plasma igniters. However, upon presenting the contract, the company's Finance Department declined to remit the full payment, citing an inability to make exceptions, thereby placing the technology minister in a predicament. The company's leadership stipulated that the technology minister must provide a written statement acknowledging that if the transformer is deemed unsatisfactory, the withheld three-month salary would be utilized to offset the payment. Following a successful test and aging period, the company's leader proactively presented the written note signed by the technology minister to the finance department and authorized the release of the three-month salary. Subsequently, the leader publicly acknowledged this action during a meeting. Several months later, the technology minister recounted his personal encounter with me, evoking a myriad of thoughts and emotions.
Furthermore, a private technology company in Shanghai underestimated the complexity of fabricating dry type structure ultra-high voltage pulse transformers and engaged in multiple negotiations with me. Ultimately, in a state of desperation, I rebuffed the other party, expressing my sympathy for their missed opportunity. Unexpectedly, the individuals in Shanghai displayed magnanimity, as the company's boss and chief engineer persistently reached out to reconcile the impasse. Subsequently, the company's chief engineer joyfully informed me that at a major gathering, the chief engineers of six prominent companies unanimously lauded my unparalleled technical expertise in specialized transformers.
The principal designer of the Electromagnetic Compatibility National Defense Key Laboratory of Science and Technology at the China Ship Research and Design Center requested my assistance in designing and providing a cost estimate for a 2MV dry type structure pulse transformer. I was also tasked with developing a viable plan for the project. Due to the secretive nature of such equipment, I refrained from inquiring about the specific application of the transformer, whether it was intended for use in submersible electronic countermeasures equipment. During my time in Jiangsu Province, I collaborated with the 723 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation in Yangzhou to design and customize numerous complex, high-precision, and highly reliable dry type structure special transformers. Upon the completion of each significant project, the institute's director would graciously arrange a meeting with me. However, I found it disconcerting that on each occasion, two armed guards would stand watch outside the director's office for an extended period. I found this practice to be unfamiliar and uncomfortable.
Although the transformer may appear straightforward, ensuring its reliability is a challenging task. A large company in Jiangsu encountered numerous issues and disputes after purchasing 1200 sets of inexpensive high-frequency high-voltage transformers for use in electrostatic precipitators for textile factories. Similarly, a company in Shandong faced significant setbacks when their self-produced transformers led to the return of all their sold machines, ultimately resulting in the collapse of the 500-person factory. Furthermore, an environmental protection equipment company in Guangdong, specializing in ozone generators, expressed frustration with transformers, as conveyed by their chief engineer who lamented experiencing immediate headaches at the mere mention of the word "transformer." These instances are just a few among numerous similar examples that I can readily recall.
Mr. Shao Jiejing, the society's first president, and Mr. Xu Leng, the society's inaugural Secretary General, have consistently shown a keen interest in me. They have made efforts to arrange meetings with me. Subsequent leaders have also expressed curiosity, questioning why I have not yet published a comprehensive set of pioneering theories following significant advancements in electromagnetism. They have also inquired about the delay in publishing the complete set of selected 500 cases of special transformer design for practical electronic engineering, a title already established by the Institute. Their inquiries are not solely motivated by these matters, as they also seek to understand the reasons behind my consistently accurate predictions regarding the development prospects of various electronic products in different contexts, as well as the thoroughness of my analyses. For instance, around 2007, when the promotion of environmental protection products such as electrostatic precipitators and air purifiers in China was at its peak, I candidly expressed my personal view at the annual world environmental protection exhibition held at the Canton Fair. I warned the Chinese representatives of environmental protection equipment suppliers, including those from the Chinese Institute of Electronics, that using inexpensive voltage transformers would inevitably lead to problems. I urged them to act swiftly, stating that the current favorable conditions would not last long. Unexpectedly, despite my sincere efforts, my message failed to resonate. Over the course of four consecutive years at the world environmental protection exhibition, I amassed over 200 sets of product profiles from environmental protection equipment suppliers nationwide and exchanged at least 300 business cards. However, after 2010, an unforeseen development occurred: environmental protection equipment suppliers began sending delegations to Guangzhou to engage in discussions about their current challenges. Many company leaders personally sought my assistance in addressing their difficulties, while numerous engineers who had recently left their companies expressed interest in partnering with me to launch new ventures. I earnestly conveyed that the imposition of multiple constraints on the pricing of environmental protection products within the unified marketing model led to the incorporation of inexpensive and low-quality transformers throughout the entire production, supply, and marketing chain, including after-sales service, resulting in intractable repercussions. Furthermore, private industrial and mining enterprise owners cannot equate the investment in additional environmental protection equipment with that in essential production equipment. Consequently, the original annual environmental protection exhibition ceased to exist.
